Chocolate (vegan + Gluten Free) Brownies

These brownies are almost completely guilt free. Their low fat content makes them the ideal treat when following a healthy low fat lifestyle. They are also simple and easy to make.



1.5 cups of buckwheat flour (rice flour can also be used)

1/2 cup of cocoa pwder

3 tbsp desicated coconut

2 cups of coconut sugar (or raw cane sugar)

1 cup vegetable milk

Few drops if vanilla essence  (optional).

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Line a cake tin and pour in the mixture.

Bake in oven at 160 ° for aproximately 25 minutes or until firm.

Once cooked place on a cooling rack and cut into squares once cooled.
