Easy Home-made Chocolates.

One of my favourite recipes….



3 tablespoons of coconut oil

2 tablespoons of almond butter

2 teaspoons of maple syrup or local honey

2 teaspoons of cocoa

Optional: handful of raisins, chopped nuts of your choice ( I used walnuts in this recipe but almonds work well too)


Melt coconut oil in a pan;

Add nut butter and stir until it melts;

Add sweetner of choice and the cocoa;

Turn off the heat once all ingredients have melted;

Add nuts and raisins if you want;

Pour, or use a big spoon, into cup cake molds;

Place in the freezer for at least two hours.

Really easy to make and better than regular chocolate!
